Questions owners ask before starting
Straight answers about signup, import, platforms, trials, and cancellation.
Is creating a Free account the same as starting a trial?
No. The Free plan has no time limit. To try Plus or Pro, create your account and workspace, then confirm your selected paid plan in checkout. Eligible new customers receive a 14-day trial.
What happens when a web trial ends?
If a payment method is on file, your subscription continues at the price shown in checkout unless you cancel. If no payment method is on file, the trial subscription is canceled at the end. Review your billing settings before the trial ends.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create a free MyInvy workspace without a credit card.
What counts as an active item?
An active item is an item record you keep enabled in your inventory. One olive oil item with 20 bottles on hand counts as one item, not twenty. Separate item records count separately toward your plan limit.
What does one owner account include?
The owner can use the same account on iOS and the web. Free and Plus each include one owner account. Pro includes the owner plus four teammates with separate access.
What happens after I sign up?
Create your account and business workspace, then add or import a few items and set up a location and stocking area. Run your first count with those items and add more as you get comfortable.
Can Android users use MyInvy?
Yes. The native iOS app is available now, Android users can use the web app today, and a native Android app is coming soon.
Can I import my existing spreadsheet?
Yes. MyInvy supports inventory import workflows, and you can keep your spreadsheet until you are ready to switch the whole team.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. Billing is managed through the plan and billing workflow, and paid plans start with a 14-day trial for new customers.
