Common Questions

How do I get started with MyInvy?

Create an account on the web app or download MyInvy from the App Store. After signing in, add your first location and start adding inventory items. Follow the sign-in and onboarding guide for the full setup path.

How do I count inventory on the mobile app?

Open the Inventory Count feature, choose a location, and either start a fresh session or resume a recent one. You can count offline — updates sync automatically when you're back online. The same workflow is covered in the inventory count guide.

What happens if I lose connection while counting?

MyInvy saves your progress locally on your device. Any pending updates retry automatically once your connection returns. You'll see a banner in the app when updates are still syncing.

How do I add team members?

Team collaboration is available on the Pro plan. From the web app, go to Employees to invite new team members, assign roles (owner, manager, employee), and map them to specific locations. See invite and manage employees for the step-by-step workflow.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

For web subscriptions, manage your plan from the Billing section of the web app. For in-app subscriptions purchased through the App Store, manage them directly in your Apple ID subscription settings on your iPhone or iPad. The plan and billing guide explains the web-app steps.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure with enterprise-grade redundancy and encryption. See our Privacy Policy for details on data storage, retention, and security.
